Shipping policy

  • All local hair on hand orders made before 6 pm for delivery will be delivered same day. Our staff will contact you in order to arrange the delivery. Exceptions & Fees may vary. Contact us for special circumstances.
  • All local hair on hand orders made after 6 pm for delivery will be delivered the next day. Our staff will contact you in order to arrange the delivery.
  • All local hair on hand orders made before 6 pm for pick up will be available for pick up same day. Our staff will contact you to arrange pick-up.
  • All local hair on hand orders made after 6pm for pick up will be available for pick up the next day.  
  • Upon pick-up/delivery you MUST have the physical card you placed your order with if paying with card. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of your order.
  • ALL monetary notes are subject to inspection.
  • All non-local hair on hand orders made before 4 pm will be shipped same day.
  • All non-local hair on hand orders made after 4 pm will be shipped the next day.
  • All pre order orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days.
