Return Policy
- All sales are final. There are no exceptions. Exchanges may be granted, however, that varies by case.
Potential Damages and issues
- All orders are carefully inspected and screened for quality purposes. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have mistakenly received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We have a strict no return policy. Exchanges may vary.
- In the event that your exchange is accepted, a thorough review of your order will be conducted.
- If your order is deemed damaged, worn, altered, dyed, or customized, the agreement will be voided. As the consumer you are responsible for all shipping costs and fees. If the exchange completes its return verification process, our staff will reach out to you to discuss further steps.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
- Refunds may vary on a case by case basis. If our staff has decided to grant you a refund for your purchase, we will reach out for further information. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not been refunded, please contact us at kaylindahair@gmail.com.
